DIRECTIONS:
By Car:
Wilton Road is just off the Frimley Road (B3411) in Camberley. If you're arriving via the M3 you need to exit at junction 4. If you're coming from the Basingstoke direction take the second exit at the roundabout when you leave the motorway. Keep in the left hand lane after the roundabout. At the next roundabout stay left and you'll join a slip road which takes you along the Frimley bypass to another roundabout. Turn left here onto the Frimley Road. Carry on under the motorway bridge and through two sets of traffic lights until you reach the next roundabout. Turn left into Wilton Road.
Bear right and follow the road to the end where you will find the entrance to the ground. If you're coming from the London direction take the second exit at the roundabout after you've left the motorway. Make sure you stay in the left hand lane after the roundabout to join the slip road then follow the directions above. If you're approaching Camberley from Bagshot on the A30 (London Road) you need to go through the town centre and past the Arena Leisure Centre. At the second set of traffic lights after the Leisure Centre turn left into Frimley Road (B3411). After half a mile or so you go over a railway bridge and past a parade of shops. Turn right at the roundabout after the shops into Wilton Road. If you're approaching from the Sandhurst or Blackwater area you need to negotiate the Meadows roundabout and take the A30 turnoff, signposted 'Camberley'. Go through two sets of traffic lights and get into the right hand lane. At the next lights turn right into Frimley Road and then follow the directions above.
By Train:
The nearest station is Camberley which is about a mile from the ground. The simplest walking route from the station is to turn left out of the main station entrance into Pembroke Broadway, turn left at the roundabout into Park Street and right at the next roundabout into Park Road.
Carry on until you reach the next roundabout next to the Esso garage. Go straight across into Wilton Road. Bear right through the industrial estate and the ground is at the end of the road. Alternatively there is a regular bus service from outside the station that passes the ground (see below). There's also a taxi rank outside the station.
By Bus:
The local bus service is currently branded as Stagecoach Gold. Route no. 1 (Aldershot - Farnborough - Frimley - Camberley - Old Dean and back) takes you along the Frimley Road. If you're coming from the town centre you need the bus with 'Aldershot' as it's destination. The nearest bus stop to the ground is just outside the Royal Standard in the row of shops mentioned in the car directions above. If you're coming from the Aldershot / Farnborough / Frimley direction the bus will have 'Camberley Old Dean' as it's destination. The nearest stop is opposite the Royal Standard. You need to walk in the direction the bus has come from to the roundabout to get to the ground. Buses run every ten minutes for most of the day.
